Systems Monitoring Professional Development
We built this program after working with companies across Thailand who needed engineers who actually understand performance optimization—not just theory.
Our next cohort starts June 2026. By then, you'll have worked through real monitoring scenarios, debugged actual bottlenecks, and built systems that handle production-level traffic.
It's not about certifications. It's about skills that matter when systems go down at 3 AM.
Three tracks that match where you're coming from
Starting points vary. Some folks have IT backgrounds. Others are switching from completely different fields. We've structured the program to meet you where you are.
Foundation Track
For those new to IT infrastructure. Starts with networking basics, Linux fundamentals, and gradually builds toward monitoring concepts. Takes the full 18 months.
18 MonthsSystems Track
You've worked with servers or networks before. We skip the basics and go straight into distributed systems, metric collection, and alert design. Typically 14 months.
14 MonthsAdvanced Track
Already doing infrastructure work and want to specialize? Focus on observability at scale, custom tooling, and complex incident response. Can be completed in 10 months.
10 MonthsWhat the journey actually looks like
This isn't semester-based coursework. You'll move through phases as you demonstrate competency. Some people breeze through certain modules. Others need more time with specific concepts. That's expected.
Infrastructure Foundations
First 4-6 monthsYou'll work with real infrastructure—setting up monitoring stacks, configuring collectors, understanding what metrics actually matter. We use tools companies in Thailand are actively using.
Monitoring Implementation
Months 5-10Now it gets interesting. You'll deploy actual monitoring solutions, design dashboards that operations teams can use, and configure alerting that doesn't wake people up for nothing.
Performance Optimization
Months 11-15Here's where monitoring becomes actionable. You'll analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and implement fixes. This phase includes working on simulated production issues.
Capstone Project
Final 3-4 monthsYour final project involves designing and implementing a complete monitoring solution for a realistic business scenario. Past projects have included e-commerce platforms, fintech systems, and SaaS applications.
Applications open March 2026
Our June 2026 cohort has 24 spots. We interview every applicant because fit matters more than credentials. Previous students have come from customer service, teaching, manufacturing—all kinds of backgrounds.
Application Process
Submit portfolio or work samples, complete a technical assessment, and have a conversation with our program director.
Program Schedule
Evening and weekend sessions designed for working professionals. Lab access 24/7 through cloud environments.
Support Resources
One-on-one mentoring, study groups, career guidance, and access to our alumni network across Thailand.
